Nancy Gilmore Chief Executive Officer One of the most respected AE’s in the country, Nancy Gilmore has served as the CEO of PWR since its inception in 1997. Nancy creates the leadership standard of quality service for the members of PWR. She serves on national and state committees, and guides the PWR daily staff activities.

Phil Hawkins Executive Vice President As Executive Vice President for PWR, Phil Hawkins wears many hats. He supports Nancy’s leadership efforts with daily staff supervision and he guides our government affairs activities to protect and support the members of PWR and their businesses. He has been with PWR since 1998.

Iryn Agabon Executive Assistant Iryn is your key to the Executive Offices at PWR. She is also your primary contact for leasing our state-of-the-art Education Center or Board Room. And she handles inquiries about PWR and C.A.R. Honorary Member for Life Status and NAR Emeritus membership. Iryn joined the PWR staff in 1997.

Robert Kidd Vice President of Finance and Administration The responsibility of maintaining the Association’s fiscal well-being is the duty of the Accounting Department. Robert. W. Kidd, Vice-President of Finance and Administration since 2008, heads the department, and provides both fiscal and operational guidance and oversight to both PWR staff and its leadership.

Judy Tanner Accounting Clerk The Accounting Department at PWR keeps the association’s day-to-day activities running smoothly, so that all your member needs can be met. Judy Tanner has been a part of PWR’s Accounting Department since 2006.

Robert Rivas Professional Standards Manager PWR’s live real-time Call Center is unique among associations and Robert Rivas is the manager who works to keep it responsive to member needs. He and his team create one of our greatest member resources. He has been with PWR since 2001.

Steve Moya is the Network Administrator who helps to keep you connected. As a member of the IT department, Steve supports IT functions and maintains the portal you know as pwr.net. He became part of the PWR staff in 2008.

Robert Aronovici MIS Specialist/Web Developer Robert Aronovici is a Multi-media Specialist, best known as creator of PWR’s ezPay Dues Payment System. He has been a member of the PWR IT department since 2006, helping to create convenient and efficient systems for the benefit of PWR members.

Jennifer is your source of information on everything from dues to joining, transferring or renewing a PWR membership. You can find Jennifer in Anaheim or Long Beach. Henry Campos MLS Manager Henry Campos is Manager of the MLS and Compliance Services Dept. at PWR. His team helps you to stay in compliance and handles any questions you might have regarding your MLS service. Henry has been with PWR since 2002.

John Guinto MLS Specialist When MLS questions and issues need to be addressed, John Guinto is one of your contacts in PWR’s MLS and Compliance Department. John can help you decipher the rules and regs and keep you in the clear. He has been with PWR since 2006.

Lori Smith Professional Standards Manager As the Professional Standards Manager, Lori Smith implemented a mediation program which has been successful in helping buyers & sellers settle their disputes. Her area supervises disciplinary complaints, arbitrations and mediations. She came to PWR in 1997.

Amber Smith Professional Standards Assistant Amber Smith has been with PWR since 2004. She is in the Professional Standards area for your mediation/arbitration issues. She is also your contact for the PWR Charity Foundation unique first time buyer grant applications.

Japen Go Senior Graphic & Interactive Media Designer Jay Go, as he is more commonly know as, is PWR’s go-to-guy for everything from our web site to PWR videos, member videos and member photographs. Jay’s designs have won awards and kept PWR in the forefront of technology. Jay joined PWR in 2005.
