Exempt Signs
Signs exempt from the sign permit requirements of this chapter include the following signs when constructed in accordance with Table 20.26A:
- Real estate signs, including open house signs, with a four square foot maximum for residential districts and a twenty-four square foot maximum sign area in other zones, limited to one sign per street frontage;
- Real Estate Signs. One temporary sign for each street frontage advertising the sale or lease of the premises shall be permitted. Such signs shall have a maximum area of four square feet in residential zones and twenty-four square feet in other zones.
