MLS Compliance Department Information
The Goal of the MLS Compliance Department is to ensure the reliability and integrity of the SoCalMLS Tempo database for our Members.

In order for us to maintain the MLS database, we continually monitor listings that are inputed. When we receive a reported violation, we process these MLS complaints and issue the agents Compliance Notifications such as Warning and Assessment notices letting them know that their listing(s) do not comply with the Rules and Regulations.

Broker Previews / Marketing Sessions & Caravans

You Can Now Promote Your Marketing Sessions & Caravans to PWR Members!
This unique service is provided by PWR for PWR members only!

Marketing Sessions are networking opportunities in which a broker/agent can pitch a listing to a group. Marketing Sessions usually precede Previews and are held at an established time and location.

Caravans are property tours. There is an established meeting time and day in which a group tours through the various listings that have been placed on a Caravan. Caravans are designated by City or Area. To add your listing to a Caravan, select a city below and carefully read the Additional Information section or call the number listed under Contact Information.

 Broker Previews are broker/agent open houses are held on an established day and time specific to a City or Area. Previews may be preceded by a Marketing Session (see Marketing Sessions).

Adding a Broker Preview
Previews are added directly into tempo.
  1. After obtaining the preview day and time, log into Tempo and hover over “My Page” then select “Add/Edit”.
  2. Pull up your listing using either the “Show Listing by Agent” option or “Show Listing by MLS Number” option.
  3. Select your listing from the property list then click on the “Add/Edit MLS Tours” button.
  4. Click on the “Add New” button, a window will appear with required fields.
  5. Complete the fields and click on the “Submit” button.
