MLS Compliance Department Information
The Goal of the MLS Compliance Department is to ensure the reliability and integrity of the SoCalMLS Tempo database for our Members.

In order for us to maintain the MLS database, we continually monitor listings that are inputed. When we receive a reported violation, we process these MLS complaints and issue the agents Compliance Notifications such as Warning and Assessment notices letting them know that their listing(s) do not comply with the Rules and Regulations.
