2. Fax, Mail or Drop Off - Download & Print

   You can fax, mail, or bring in the REALTOR® Application and PWRFlex Contract to one of our offices in Anaheim or Long Beach. The turnaround time for this is 48-72 hours.

Orientation After Becoming a PWR REALTOR^® Member

PWR has developed a two-tiered Orientation process to educate new members about the benefits and obligations of the Code of Ethics and the Multiple Listing Service.

• Tier 1: On-Line Ethics Class
  When you join PWR, you will be issued an Ethics CD and information about taking the open book online exam. Once you have completed the online exam, Print out the Certificate of Completion and bring it with you to the New Member Orientation class.
  
  
• Tier 2: New Member Orientation Class
  You will be assigned a date & time to attend the New Member Orientation class at your New Member Appointment. Orientation is mandatory for all new REALTOR® members within 30 days of application. Orientation is a 3-hour program held twice a month on Wednesdays at PWR. Failure to attend Orientation will result in suspension of REALTOR® and MLS services.
