A Few Things to Remember

• Remember to notify your former association for a refund of your unused MLS fees and so your Zipforms access will not be interrupted.
• Don't forget to transfer your Supra keys
• Bring a Letters of Good Standing for 2011/2012.

What YOU need to do...

If you are a REALTOR® broker or salesperson and are planning to transfer to PWR please note the following steps:

• Cancel your membership with your previous Association in writing.
• Take your Supra Key to your previous Association and request that it be transferred, as you will be transferring the lease to PWR. Obtain a letter that indicates you were a member in good standing in 2011 and the date of your New Member Orientation.
• Take your Iboxes to your previous association and make sure they have been deleted from their system so we can assign them to you here at PWR
• Fill out PWR’s Membership Application Form by Applying Online by Clicking Here or print out the Application.
• Bring your completed application (if you downloaded the Application PDF) to PWR as well as your Supra key and list of lockboxes to either our Anaheim or L.A. County office for processing. (Call one of our offices to schedule an appointment). In most cases you are scheduled for a same-day appointment, please allow up to 1 hour for processing.

Please contact our office for the latest membership dues and fees, in most cases processing fees may be waived for transferring REALTORS®…provided you’ve held continuous REALTOR® membership .
