About the PWR Charity Foundation
The PWR Charity Foundation is a 501(c)3, non-profit charitable subsidiary corporation of the Pacific West Association of REALTORS® (PWR). Since its inception in 2002, the PWR Charity Foundation and industry partners have provided volunteer and financial support to community service organizations, crisis groups and low-income housing programs.

The Foundation's two major housing initiatives are the Opening Doors First Time Buyer Down Payment Assistance program and the Opening Doors Home Owner’s Association (HOA) Dues Assistance Program. Since 2007, The PWR Charity Foundation has gifted nearly $400,000 in down payment and HOA dues assistance to families in Orange and Los Angeles counties.

Our Programs
The PWR Charity Foundation currently operates two first time home buyer programs.

The Opening Doors Down Payment Assistance program awards challenged, but worthy first time home buyers with a down payment grant.

The Opening Doors HOA program awards challenged, but worthy first time home buyers with a supplement to their Home Owners Association (HOA) Dues for up to 1 year.
