The PWR Charity Foundation will conduct fundraising and will not offer Down Payment Assistance at this time. We thank you for your generous contributions and hope that you will be a part of this great effort to support workforce housing in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
As you know the economy has hit all of us, especially charitable organizations.
During 2010, the PWR Charity Foundation’s Opening Doors Program awarded nearly 20 down payment assistance grants and 25 HOA dues assistance grants for a total of over $200,000 of support to first time home buyers.
These buyers were required to be represented by PWR REALTORS®, that means nearly 100 PWR REALTORS® closed transactions with the help of the Charity Foundation. (please see our annual report-include a link to pdf)
Now, the Foundation needs your help. You can DONATE NOW by calling (714) 245-5500 or create your own fundraiser and donate. We need volunteers to help with events this year and other efforts to re-build PWR Charity Foundation Funds. We want to continue offering first time home buyer assistance while creating a competitive edge for PWR REALTORS® through the PWR Charity Foundation and the Opening Doors Programs
