Masks are required to attend the live class
if you are not fully vaccinated.
PWR HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
In accordance with Great Wolf Lodge’s COVID-19 protocols,
PWR Members MUST wear their mask when they enter the hotel and
must have it on at all times when they are walking inside the hotel.
When entering the meeting facility,
you must continue to wear your mask unless you are eating or drinking.
I understand that I will be required to wear a mask while attending PWR’s
live class and will wear a mask unless I am "exempt" from wearing a mask.
I will provide the Association of proof of exemption upon request.
