A new federal reporting rule from FinCEN is now affecting certain residential real estate transactions across the country. Although REALTORS® are not responsible for submitting the reports, the rule will influence transactions involving all-cash purchases and buyers using entities. This webinar will provide an overview of the new requirements, explain which transactions may fall within the rule, and discuss how real estate professionals can help clients anticipate and navigate these changes.
