Mindset to Momentum is a recurring YPN series designed to help agents reset, refocus, and build real momentum every 12 weeks.
This high-impact business planning workshop is built for growth-minded agents ready to move beyond annual goals and execute in focused 12-week cycles. Using the proven 12 Week Year framework, participants will learn how to align mindset, strategy, and daily actions to drive consistent results.
This is execution training—not motivation.
You will learn how to:
• Set a clear 12-week production goal
• Break goals into measurable weekly actions
• Identify habits that drive production
• Create accountability metrics that matter
• Build a focused 90-day action plan
Taught by industry leaders Lisa Greubel and Diane van der Goes, this interactive session delivers practical tools you can implement immediately.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a business card to participate in a raffle drawing during the event.
