COVID WAIVER

Assumption of Risk For Potential Exposure, Contract and/or Spread of Covid-19: Because the novel corona virus (“COVID-19”) is reported to be highly contagious and is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and/or objects and possibly even in the air and not all people show or experience symptoms, Customer understands and recognizes that the Orange County Mining Company cannot prevent the Customer or the Customer’s Guests from becoming exposed to, contracting or spreading COVID-19 while at the Event and/or on Orange County Mining Company premises. Customer also recognizes and acknowledges that it is not possible for the Orange County Mining Company to completely eliminate the presence of the COVID-19 virus at their establishment and that by voluntarily choosing to enter the Event, the Orange County Mining Company premises and/or use the Orange County Mining Company’s services, facilities and/or staff, Customer and its Guests may be exposing themselves to an increased risk of contracting and/or spreading COVID-19, particularly because some of those in attendance (such as Guests and/or Customer) might not exercise physical distancing protocols recommended by the CDC, wear a face covering such as a cloth mask covering nose and mouth and/or may unknowingly have the virus. Customer has read and understands the above warning concerning COVID-19. Customer hereby knowingly and voluntarily chooses to accept and assume the risk of potentially getting exposed to, contracting and/or spreading COVID-19 through and/or while using the Orange County Mining Company’s premises, facilities, services, vendors and/or staff.
