The 2021/2022 PWR Election process is now underway. We’re looking for LEADERS who exhibit passion, confidence, commitment, honesty, decisiveness, AND have a sense of humor. If you have these qualities to ensure we fulfill our mission, then you’re someone we need.

All candidates are expected to attend the Candidate Leadership Introductory Session on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 2pm-3pm on a Zoom video conference call.
PWR Directorship - Job Description

The Nominating Committee will interview each candidate and select one for each position to be filled. Interviews will be conducted on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. There are FIVE (5) positions open to any eligible REALTOR® member in good standing*. There are also Two (2) one-year positions set aside for members in good standing who have never previously served on any Association of REALTOR® Board of Directors.

Nomination by petition is allowed. Additional candidates may be placed in nomination by petition signed by at least 1% of the REALTOR® members eligible to vote and filed with the Secretary by May 21, 2021 at close of business .

Members will be voting via the internet, if required per the bylaws. The polls open at 8:00 a.m. (PST) on Monday, June 21, 2021 and close at 4:00 p.m. (PST) Friday, June 25, 2021. President Rick Violett will appoint an Election Committee to certify the ballots. Details will be outlined on the final ballot.

The new Board of Directors will meet between June 28th and July 31st, 2021, to elect the Officers (President-Elect, Vice President, and Secretary / Treasurer). Terms begin January 1, 2022.
